Mark founded Castle Brands in 1998. In 1980, Mark founded American Exploration Company, an oil and gas exploration company. He oversaw that company becoming publicly traded in 1983 and served as its chairman and CEO until its merger with Louis Dreyfus Natural Gas Corp. in 1997.
Don Marsh

Don joined Castle Brands in 2007 and brings many years of substantial financial and operational experience to Castle Brands. Prior to joining the Company, Don served from 1996 to 2004 as Chief Financial Officer of Commonwealth Industries, Inc., a publicly traded metals company with over $1 billion in annual revenue that serves a variety of customers with high quality aluminum sheet.
John Soden

John formerly was employed by Woodford Bourne, a wine and spirits importer in Ireland and prior to that he was a senior executive with C&C, a large global drinks company.
T. Kelley Spillane
Senior Vice President - US Sales
"In the United States, we now have eight experienced Regional Managers who are supported by sales personnel in key markets. Collectively, this sales force sold approximately 2 million cases a year in their previous jobs. In addition, we now have very strong distributors in all fifty states."
After acting as an independent consultant to Castle Brands for two years, Kelley joined CBI in 2000. Prior to CBI, Kelley was with Carillon Importers Limited, a division of Grand Metropolitan PLC. While at Carillon, Kelley was instrumental in the development of Absolut Vodka and the launch of Bombay Sapphire Gin.
Alfred J. Small

Al joined Castle Brands in 2004. Prior to joining Castle Brands, from February 1999 until October 2004, Mr. Small served in various accounting roles, including Senior Accountant at Grodsky Caporrino & Kaufman, CPA PC. Mr. Small received a bachelor of science from the State University of New York in 1997 and is a certified public accountant.
Seth Weinberg
