Jefferson's Presidential Collection

Trey Zoeller, founder of Jefferson's Bourbon, continues a family legacy of distilling, passed down from older generations. Handcrafted in "ridiculously small batches," using traditional techniques, his bourbons appeal to novices and experts alike.

The Jefferson's Very Small Batch Difference

"Very small batch" bourbons are produced by skillfully marrying a selection of 8 to 12 barrels of various ages. It achieves the precision of a single-barrel bottling, while ensuring the complexity and consistency expected by fine bourbon aficionados. Try any of the Jefferson's Presidential Collection and experience 'very small batch' bourbon for yourself.

Jefferson's

This ridiculously small batch, handcrafted bourbon has been aged in the heart of metal clad warehouses to accentuate the extreme temperatures that Kentucky is blessed with, forcing the bourbon to expand deep into the barrel and pull out the prevalent flavors of the wood. These flavors of vanilla, caramel and assorted fruits assure an incredibly smooth taste and finish.

Jefferson's Reserve

Like the accomplished third President of the US, this bourbon is complex, elegant and sophisticated. Jefferson's Reserve is allowed to age slowly and reach maturity naturally. This results in a rich bouquet and flavor as well as a soft round finish.

Jefferson's Chef's Collaboration

A late night spent tasting some of chef Edward Lee's culinary creations led Trey to the idea that someone should blend a bourbon that would pair well with the bold flavors in chef Lee's cookbook and other modern cuisine. Without hesitation, Trey and Ed set forth. The result is a blend with a spicy upfront and a fruity finish, enhanced by the addition of rye whiskey into the mix. Perfect with meals, for mixing cocktails or simply drinking neat.

Jefferson's Ocean

Inspired by the original Jefferson's Ocean which was new-filled bourbon barrels, the Jefferson's Ocean: Aged at Sea takes older bourbon barrels and brings it around the world. Stopping in 5 different continents and crossing the equator 4 times, this truly is a bourbon of the world. Exceptionally hand-crafted. Ridiculously small batch.
