Boru Vodka Repackaging Launches in the United Kingdom

Sleek Packaging Heralds Enhanced Presence in UK Spirits Market for Award-Winning Brand

August 29, 2007 New York, NY – Castle Brands Inc. (AMEX: ROX) an emerging developer and global marketer of premium branded spirits, today announced that it will be launching the new packaging for its flagship brand, Boru Vodka, in the United Kingdom, on September 3, 2007.  In anticipation of the launch, Castle Brands engaged United Brands, a leading distributor in the United Kingdom, to distribute Boru in this market in April 2007.  The new packaging, a proprietary distillation process and improved distribution are all part of the Company's strategy to establish Boru as a leading premium brand in the United Kingdom.  

Previously introduced to enthusiastic reception in the United States, the new packaging is a tribute to the brand's heritage and quality with a contemporary, stylish twist.  London design firm Claessens International utilized Boru's traditional black and silver palette to create a bolder, sleeker, crystal clear bottle in line with the brand's new positioning. 

Boru's unique charcoal-filtered, five-time distillation process contributes to the crisp finish of this premium spirit.  Boru is a strong contender in the vodka category, having recently been awarded a Gold Medal in the prestigious San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
