Castle Brands Appoints John Glover Senior Vice President - Marketing

February 20, 2008, New York, NY – Castle Brands Inc. (AMEX:ROX), an emerging international premium spirits company, today announced that Mr. John Glover has joined the Company as Senior Vice President - Marketing.  As such, he will be responsible for the marketing and commercial development of all of the Company's brands globally.

Mr. Glover brings to Castle Brands nearly 30 years experience in brand development and marketing in the spirits industry.  Prior to joining Castle Brands, Mr. Glover most recently served as Senior Vice President Commercial Management for Remy Cointreau USA, where he was responsible for business development and analysis, strategic planning, marketing services and sales strategy.  Earlier in his career, he was employed with International Distillers and Vintners and Somerset Importers, serving in various roles in marketing and brand management.
