Castle Brands Appoints Regional Manager

William Boykin to Head Southeast

June 9, 2007, New York, NY – Castle Brands Inc. (AMEX: ROX) today announced the appointment of William Boykin to the position of Regional Manager – Southeast, effective June 2nd.

An industry veteran with over 25 years experience, Boykin started his career with National Distributing and then spent the next 17 years with Joseph E. Seagram & Sons. Boykin's territory covers Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and Tennessee. He will report to T. Kelley Spillane, Senior Vice President – U.S. Sales.

Commenting on the appointment, Spillane said: "The Southeast is a significant market for our portfolio and presents a tremendous growth opportunity for us. Bill has the experience, knowledge and relationships to enhance our efforts."
